  • Meet aggressive sales growth goals while managing a reliable pipeline and forecasting responsibilities
  • Deeply understand company offerings and match them with client needs
  • Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the development process for the business
  • Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
  • Pitch solutions and services to potential prospects
  • Working with senior team members to identify and manage company risks that might prevent growth
  • Update and manage Salesforce for all opportunities and pipeline
  • Identifying and researching opportunities in new and existing markets
  • Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration(or equivalent experience)
  • Fresh to 6 months of experience in Business development
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to develop and conduct practical proposals and presentations
  • Passion for revolutionary technological solutions
  • Must possess good decision-making and strategical thinking skills
  • Excellent team and relationship building, sales, customer service, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills

Good to haves

  • Experience selling IT solutions a strong plus
  • Experience selling across multiple marketplace verticals a strong plus
  • Persistent, hardworking, and passionate
