Business Development Officer
Responsibilities
- Meet aggressive sales growth goals while managing a reliable pipeline and forecasting responsibilities
- Deeply understand company offerings and match them with client needs
- Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the development process for the business
- Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
- Pitch solutions and services to potential prospects
- Working with senior team members to identify and manage company risks that might prevent growth
- Update and manage Salesforce for all opportunities and pipeline
- Identifying and researching opportunities in new and existing markets
- Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration(or equivalent experience)
- Fresh to 6 months of experience in Business development
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to develop and conduct practical proposals and presentations
- Passion for revolutionary technological solutions
- Must possess good decision-making and strategical thinking skills
- Excellent team and relationship building, sales, customer service, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills
Good to haves
- Experience selling IT solutions a strong plus
- Experience selling across multiple marketplace verticals a strong plus
- Persistent, hardworking, and passionate
